My friends and I checked into Medallion Inn And Suites for an Easter getaway, looking forward to some relaxation and quality time together. We found our room to be nice overall, but the broken bathroom door lock was a bit of a hassle. Unfortunately, our friends weren't so lucky - their room was small, smoky, and definitely not worth the price. the staff, though friendly, fell short when it came to addressing our concerns and requests promptly. Overall, the hotel offered a range of amenities that could appeal to different guests - from the convenience of free WiFi and in-room essentials to the enticing indoor pool and hot tub. Despite these shortcomings, the location was convenient, close to outlets and other attractions, making it a decent choice for a short stay, especially if you're not too picky about room quality or service standards.
